When I found out I was pregnant again, I contacted BIAB (and only BIAB) and the booking process was super seamless. During the photoshoot, our baby was relaxed and comfortable, and everything went very smoothly. Jovi was extremely gentle and calm, which made the process very enjoyable.
The hardest part was waiting for the pictures! They were well worth the wait, however. Choosing the pictures was a breeze (logistically), and very quickly, we also received an album of our favourite pics, which is such a wonderful keepsake. The love BIAB puts in their work is palpable, and this translates to beautiful pictures. 10/10 will recommend!

I chose Buns In A Basket because I love the style, colours and edits. The photo session was good. A lot depends on the baby but Jovi handled it very professionally and she’s very patient. I felt a little anxious during the photoshoot as we have a toddler and a pet to work with but Jovi was calm and managed to take a few good shots!

We are very glad that we engaged Jovita for our newborn photoshoot! The entire process was very smooth from start to end. She was very gentle and patient with our baby throughout the shoot, taking great care to ensure that baby is safe in the different positions. We thoroughly enjoyed the shoot and the baby looked really cute in the different positions!

She takes time to understand what you would like to see photographed and takes the time to understand your family before arriving to the photoshoot, which makes the photoshoot such a pleasant experience! She did not rush the process, which made it so pleasant. The kids were able to warm up to her very easily. My husband and I have four kids and she managed to capture various family portraits! We were really happy with the end results! I can’t wait for my baby to grow and see these beautiful images!
I found Buns In A Basket from IG and found their style very unique and close to the style that I saw overseas. The overall process from booking, style selection, photoshoot and final photo selection are perfect. I am really surprised that Jovita handled everything so well, even better than the photography company outside!

First got to know Buns In A Basket through a friend’s socials and really liked the photography and editing style. Did not regret engaging BIAB and Jovita at all!
Jovita managed my baby really well throughout the shoot, changing and styling and soothing her without a fuss. She’s also really responsive and prompt in her replies and various updates throughout the process.
I was really happy with the final pictures too! I bit the bullet and took on the “Mini” package which meant featuring my 1-week post partum self in the pictures as well. Was insecure about how I looked but Jovita managed to tastefully edit the pics to make me look presentable yet not overtly fake 🤣 Lastly, we managed to include my 2 feisty cats in the shoot as well which was a huge ask considering cats and their temperament. 10/10 will recommend!
I was looking for a specific style of newborn photography which could include our furkids as well. Something minimalist, earth tone and warm. Buns In A Basket just popped up and immediately Jovita’s work caught my attention. Got in touch with her and was delighted that she could include the furkids. And to top it off, she offered home photography for the ease of mummy and baby! The whole process of getting details, deposit and payment was smooth and easy. What we enjoyed most was that Jovita was really patient with our newborn and furkids and still making the whole session light hearted and fun. When we saw the samples, we were already pleased and looking forward to the final touches. Indeed it turned out great and we loved it!
